The symbol of the Arathracian Religion is the disk of the sun with eight points of the sun, chiefly the four of the four cardinal directions and the four secondary arrows. The four chief points correspond not only with the four cardinal directions but also the two solstices and the two equinoxes of the sun's voyage through the year. The Eight points also correspond to the Eight Sons of Aireánnau.
The Solifix is heavily used in Arathracian religious iconography.
