Lukkhaminko
The Thracian word for a Viceroyal Duchy is lukkhaminko. The rule of the Lukkhaminko was established as part of Viceroyal Law. The appointed ruler was a Lukkha Sampushá who was said to rule in the name of the King of Thrace, possibly for life.
