Yephalah is a coastal land that rests on the east of coast of the Bay of Shelekhumbia in Asdauria. Yephalah is not a state. Northern Yephalah rests in Azzabboon and southern Yephalah is part of the Sultanate of Beph-Themesh. It is so-called for the Yephalese people who dwell here and speak their own language, Yephalese. Yephalah has a warm, Mediterranean climate on the coast and semi-arid further inland. Eastern Yephalah ends at the Adamantine Mountains. In ancient times, Yephalah was an invasion route for desert tribes from the south into the Thybdis River Valley and into Vindalia. The Esabdalite tribes who invaded ancient Kalama are one such people. The Pattupakhir is the principal river of the land.
