A terranization is a neologism or different use of a standard word created to express an Asdaran concept. A terranization in theory corresponds to a word in an Asdaran language. The original Asdaran word may not have yet been invented as part of an implied constructed language or the word may exist in its own form in several implied constructed languages. Example terranizations include Titancraft and Riven. The reason a terranization is employed is because in some instances the meaning is more transparent and because the term may in fact be a 'wander-word' that exists under different forms in various languages. Transliterating the term from a specific language does not convey its international sense. A terranization usually is not a proper noun or derived from a proper noun.

Some terms are marked with Category:Lexicon because they are transliterations or adaptations of a transliteration. The terms jaibu and jaibuvite are categorized as such because they derived from native Asdaran words. These types of words are not terranizations because they are not adapted from real world languages or have an Asdaran root word with a real world morpheme, such as jaibuvite.
