Panseer
A panseer is one proficient in the observation of the panstream. Panseeing or the art and practice of observing the panstream is the fundamental skill upon which arcane spellcasting rests. For this reason all wizards and mages are necessarily panseers. Documented examples of spellcasting by individuals without the capacity for panseeing exist, but they are few and demonstrate erratic results uncontrollable by the pan-blind caster. Panseers are also found among the titancrafter profession where the ability to see the behavior of the panstream assists in the maintenance and study of titancraft engines. There are also examples of persons with the capacity of panseeing who lack the skill of spellcasting.
A panshadow can prevent things within from being visible to a panseer.
