Dascony is the name of the northwest peninsula of Corundy. Dascony refers to a geographic region and is not political. The peninsula of Dascony comprises the modern nations of Xaphica, Strubia, most of Omfluny, and the northern portion of Numiria. The wild landscape of Dascony is characterized by Jahshput Trees (compare Stone Pines) and Bimbhari Trees, like much of Corundy.
Dascony as a region does not include the island of Desthor and comprises two cultural areas, Thuvaki and Aracusia.
Dascony is famous as a region for its viticulture, olives, and artistic rebirth in the twenty fifth and twenty sixth centuries.
