Nudestel Sea
The Nudestel Sea is a small inland sea surrounded by marshes and mountains. To the southwest, it is rimmed by the Hamdredev Mountains which lead to the Ebernion plateau and Erserce. On every other shore, the Nudestel Sea contacts marshes. To the north, these are western end of the Valishat Marshes. The Nudestel Sea is separate by a narrow stretch of marshland from the Ebernion Sea. The Thriaxus River drains into the Nudestel Sea. The Nudestel Sea is the source of the Baliphut River that drains into the Sea of Magdaia. The presence of the Nudestel Sea somewhat moderates the immediately surrounding lands. Otherwise, the climate of the region is generally cool in the summer with cool to cold winters. The Nudestel Sea receives occasionally snow in the winter, unlike the Valishat Marshes which receive snow every winter.
The shores of the Nudestel Sea are home to human fishermen, halflings, gishak, and marsh trolls.
