They are the Archduchy of Asbardy, the Commonwealth of Amerzcelindo, the Commonwealth of Xsys, the Empire of Osfandia, the Noble Republic of Aurice, the Skymark Federation, and the Union of Pytharnia, consisting of the Empire of Medibgö, the Empire of Magdala, and the Kingdom of Thrain. Consular delegations of the states met to resolve issues that had not been resolved in the Peace of Amyrn (2671) or that had arisen subsequent to it, including matters concerning their colonial holdings abroad.
