A horn of Isbuzirah, or Isbuziran Horn, is a great device wrought from metal in the [[Realm of Chaos|Realms of Chaos]]. The horn begins from a large mouthpiece set to the metallic body of the horn that extends forth, dividing into two branches which then drop down to form two parallel curls that cross each other.
