b 2699; Current Meddix (2748 to 2753) of the Republic of Johaulia, Lutvar, more popularly known as Lutvar of Johaulia, is the charismatic head of state of the central Corundian republic who strongly supported the creation of the League of Corundy.

  • 2747 Rhiomel, Lutvar completes his first term, successor put into office for one year term
  • 2748 Rhiomel, Lutvar elected for a seven year term
