Osfandia is an empire in a vast region of northern Asdauria covered by boreal forests, marshes, and tundra. It rests between the High Shadevan Valley and the Great Forest of Khambakhand. Osfandian humans, descended from the Thwarrish branch of ancient Gwenyans inhabit the western tracts of the region. They pay homage to the king of Osfandia who reigns in Vandar. Indigenous humans include tribes thought to be of Issathazian and Djimya heritage.

Osfandia is populated with numerous small humanlike groups, including trolls, goblins, and ogres, especially the eastern portion which is largely unexplored by humans.
