A shallow, wide-brimmed vessel with side handles similar to a kylix, usually about 48cm to 56cm (19 to 23 inches) in width (including handles), the papatryo is a drinking appurtenance of Gorcorumbese culture. The papatryo is essential to Gorcorumbese rites among family, other Gorcorumbese, and with diplomats. A paptryo is typically constructed of metal and often bears fine workmanship with artistic motifs common to Gorcorumbese culture, particularly aristocratic culture.
