Vakyathubwo is the capital and great pilgrimage city of Jettuba in the subcontinent of Sungo. The city rests on the Pang-Kuy-Chat River before the confluence of the Teshwo River. The principal inhabitants are Sungotine Elves with a significant minority of humans from the Empire of Tangshan, Lyang Shwai, and elsewhere. The city is home to one of two schools of Pamnests in the whole world, the other being in Azhya Kaïva. The elves retain all government to themselves. The Basilica of the Magisterial Council rests in the midst of Vakyathubwo where the ancient elves convene to discuss the government of the land. The population of the city is estimated at 870,000.
