A claddan is the name of a great-mouthed mountain cave or weir used to harbor skycraft in ancient times by sky tribes. The capital Dragonclad is named after an ancient dragon cave. After ancient sky heroes slew its draconic occupant, it was used for the harborage of skycraft.
