The Galithyssa Sea rests between northern Corundy and the islands of Irdan and Trias.

The Galithyssa Sea is a member body of water of the Pallathantic Sea that rests between Corundy and the islands of Irdan and Trias. The Galithyssa Sea is a well-traversed waterway as it rests on the south border of the Ithatian Islands, the Bastards Sea that lies west in the Pallathantic Sea, and north of the mouths of the Strait of Embol and the Strait of Flooded Thrones which lead into the Memnosian Sea. Xapha Gama Island rests roughly in the center of the sea. Several other islands, such as Oiot, Aisphudot, Meistrialot, and Metemnot rest in the eastern reach of the sea. The Corundian Sea lies to the east of the Galithyssa Sea.

The Galithyssa sea rests north of the deeper basin of the Pallathantic Sea. Its waters can be somewhat choppy with more choppy waters coming from the south. The weather is temperate with seasonal rainfall in winter, spring, and sometimes early autumn.
