Pragusa is the capital of the Republic of Skarpatha and the greatest city on the Upper Baliphut River. Pragusa was established towards the end of the Middle Ages of Chaos. Its population is estamated to be 86,000. Pragusa is served by modern dragonrail and is an important stop in the route between Osfandia and Lucacia.
The land-locked Republic of Skarpatha rests between Pastravia, the Aurician Province of Far Erserce and Ebernia.
History
Pragusa was the seat of the Duke of Skarpatha.
