Skalis

Daughter of Thwar and Zando, Skalis (Scalissa) is the goddess of warriors in their prime and seizes them from the back of her magical smigorphrath mount to take into the service of her parents. Poets and artists variously depict her as blond or red-headed. While Skalis can seize a mortal hero, her capture is not always permanent, and some heroes return to mortality.

Skalis in legends would appear riding her mount in battle alongside warriors. She would sing and cause them fight bravely with power. Warriors who thought they could hear her singing during battle were thought to be favored by her or soon to be struck down in battle.
