An elusive, eight-legged, dark-coated cat of the Disdrire, the smigorphrath is a deadly predator that rarely hunts in groups. According to legend, the smigorphrath is said to relish the 'brains' of the Thambë Tree. The relationship, if any, between the smigorphrath, the ebral, and even the gibgibsew is debated, but uncertain to scholars.
