Zander is a large island in the Pallathantic Sea and a chief island of the Ithatian Islands. The island has several small but rocky mountain chains and a semi-active volcano. Zander rests in the eastern Pallathantic, east of Deliops Island and south of the Shadevan Delta. Zander was one of the first islands settled by the Pallathantic Tribes. Zander is part of the Republic of Ithatia. The capital is Bardi. Other important cities include Kauprantia, Akkerrousia, Haphnorba, Kriaké, and Namaskola. Zander has several important Thetzisari artifacts. Shipping and fishing are chief industries. Wine-making and herding are also important.
