Kulgashan rests south of Sumasthan and north of the Blue Sea. It is sparsely inhabited due to the dense foliage, save for the coasts where numerous fishing villages and towns are found. Ratfolk may be found in family groups in northern Kulgashan, usually threatened by jungle predators.
