Heruliconia is a largely undeveloped country with no central authority. The country lies between Lake Dis to the north and the central Massady Geth Mountains to the south. The Massady Geths separate Heruliconia from Jerushabla and the Plateau of Midiantir. Heruliconia shares intermediary territory with Thrysto and Huthah, and includes portions of the Sanoman Forest.
Heruliconia was subject to the Gorcorumbese Empire until 2708 when the giants relinquished it after an uprising led by indigenous minotaur tribes. The principle inhabitants of Heruliconia are bucentaurs and minotaurs. Minotaurs serve as the religious leaders of small tribal groups. There is no capital. The Arathracian Sanctuary of Arthrocheib constitutes the only lasting human settlement in the land. Other humanlike tribes include quirth, hyrseka and gishaks, especially in the swamps around Lake Dis, half-orcs, and Gorcorumbese Giants who chose to remain after the withdrawal of the Gorcorumbese Satrap. Other creatures verified to inhabit the country include griffins.
The large town of Diskiri is home to quirth. Elampha is temple-fortress with a town ruled by a minotaur king. Elampha, Diskiri, and Arthrocheib constitute the largest settlements in the country.
