The Turtle Sea rests between Asdauria and Bahuna and is connected to the Kastubian Sea and thence to the Shimehaz Ocean.

The Turtle Sea is a large salt water body connected to the Kastubian Sea which in turn connects to the Shimehaz Ocean. The Turtle Sea is bounded to the north by the region Sahimb in the great continent of Asdauria and bounded to the south by the continent of Bahuna. The Turtle Sea is divided into two halves, called the West Turtle Sea and the East Turtle Sea, respectively. Thousands of inlets and lesser seas comprise the waters of the Turtle Sea, including the Sundered Sea, the Sea of the Dead Gods, the Sea of Karvazdi, the Shoal Sea, and the En-Dumalian Sea. The Isthmus of Zephasia which extends as part of Asdauria and joins the great continent to Bahuna and physically divides the Turtle Sea from the Askonian Ocean. The Grand Canal of Benjalay connects the Turtle Sea with the Askonian Ocean.

The Turtle Sea rests between Asdauria and Bahuna.

The Turtle Sea is an important trade area for several nations, including the Khamifate of Shanjahar, the Ishaamate of Benjalay, Chalydia, numerous Zephasian principalities, Karvazdihore, Jummadesh, Jelumbhore, Bohktuh Yure, and Sulmaboul. The Grand Canal of Benjalay enables sea traffic between the far East and the West and thus the sea is a major trade route for merchant sea vessels of many commercial corpora mercia.

Magdeologers believe the Turtle Sea greatly expanded as a consequence of the Flood of Aturyanda and subsequent sea level rises. The Sundered Sea is thought to have been created by the flooding and seismic shifts associated with these same earth changes about fifteen thousand years ago.

The Turtle Sea is the habitat of several humanlike races, including saltwater Ithrabbi who occupy their undersea city of Bohtuh-Yure and the Tekmyri, an intelligent race of giant turtles much venerated by the native humans. The southern shore of the Turtle Sea is home to gargots and dracknaughts.
