Bastions of Law

A 'Bastion of Law' is a state or principality that endured the Middle Ages of Chaos without succumbing to the dominion of a chaos ruler. It resisted the spread of chaos worship and rulership and served as a refuge for the servants of Law, especially Arathracians and Incarnandists.
