Lake Imna-Tak is one of the great lakes of the deep tropics of Old Zephasia. The lake is bounded by several important human cities, Tamjib, Zaaltuumtl, and Chagrala. The shores of the lake are largely wooded with tropical forests and wildlife, except around the cities. As part of an inland drainage system, the lake receives the waters of several jungle rivers. Abandoned shrines and holy sites of the Bahunan Fishfolk are dotted along the shores, especially the southern shores of Lake Imna-Tak, hearkening to a time when the fishfolk were the principal humanlike inhabitant of the region. The lake abounds in several freshwater fish which help sustain the human cities. The divinity of the lake is called Haburru-Tak.

The shores of Lake Imna-Tak have dense forest. Midjourney v6.
