The core city of Elmundel is known as High Elmundel and has a population of nearly seventy thousand persons. Its suburbs include Knorrigalfa by the Sea, Elmundel-on-the-Sea, and By-Elmundel. Other large towns within the Free City are Kaddafast and Serfachawr. The towns at the seaside mouth of the canal are Portmastertown and Portmaster's Villa.
