Bomelath is an island resting in the northeastern reaches of the Sea of Forgetfulness, near to the coast of Dúrandwor and the islands of the Shadevan Delta. Part of the Republic of Ithatia, Bomelath was settled in prehistoric times by the Thetzisari and later by Pallathantic Tribes and the Moigthe.

Fishing and trade are key parts of the economy. Shipping and warehouses are present due to the island's proximity to the Shadevan Delta and the mouth of the Shadew River. It is also close to the Kingdom of Thrain and the Empire of Magdala by means of the Nystasy River.

The capital and chief city of the island is Deirakene. The city of Turamia has an important shipping harbor.
