Kishira is a heavily forested tropical region

Kishira is a great tropical region in southeastern Disradún filled with trackless jungles and few civilized settlements. There are not any known human tribes who live in the region but it is largely filled with savage humanlikes, uncivilized giant tribes, and wild animals. Kishira rests south of the Waters of Tjur and its coastline faces south to the Kastubian Sea and east to the Shimehaz Ocean. It is penetrated in the south by the En-Dumalian Sea, a large bay. Gutheria, a peninsula in southwest Kishira, points south into the Shoal Sea which is part of the greater Turtle Sea.

Western Kishira is heavily forested, while eastern Kishira is partially forested with large reaches of grassy savannah. Kishira rests on a low plateau and its coastlines are in effect small hills facing the sea. The forests and the plateau add to Kishira's isolation and the region is avoided by merchant caravans who either voyage through the Turtle Sea or skirt the southern coast of the Waters of Tjur. Only the most intrepid groups enter the region. Travelers and sky vessels who have passed through or over the land report that eastern Kishira is home to numerous large and small lakes with surround tropical wetlands.

In ancient times, eastern Kishira was a source of ivory and ebony. No ruler or government today claims any territory in Kishira.
