Lake Shallynaffe
Lake Shallynaffe (Jathya-Dhumi Lake Shardana) is the second largest lake of Corundy which rests in the western half of the peninsula. Three countries bound the lake, Tiomairie, Numiria, and Rhiony. The name Shallynaffe is Corundian. The ancient Jathya-Dhumi name is Shardana. Several cities rest on the coast of the lake, including: Hapsirji, Uthurnia, Midrettaluna, Sekruna, and Babirrhoksha, the capital of Rhiony.
Lake Shallynaffe is not as high in elevation as Lake Vimala, nor so deep. The trees of the Chambra Forest and the Rhionite Woods, rest to the south and east of the lake respectively.
Lord Shardan
The Shardanians and other ethnic groups descended from the ancient Jathya-Dhumi people who live in Corundy today regard the god Shardan as the lord and master of the lake. Small shrines may be found on the coast where locals and devotees can make offerings to the divinity who is considered a sibling to the god Vimal, the lord of Lake Vimala.
