Shardanians are ethnic minorities in countries around Lake Shallynaffe, specifically Omfluny, Numiria, Tiomairie, and Smiago. The term Rhionian refers to citizens of the Free Republic of Rhiony and is sometimes used loosely as a synonym for Shardanian.
