The Pytharnee Drombs are a mountain chain and one of the larger spurs of the Jaggudorn Mountains. They stretch south-south-east from the southern Jaggudorns and separate High Pytharnia from Agogia. The Girchargudri are considered just part of the northwesternmost ranges of the Pytharnee Drombs. A 'dromb' is a old Pytharnian word that means a high mountain with great folds of rock rising on its heights, usually with great exposed rock.

The Pytharnee Drombs are the geographic basis for the boundary between Aurician Agogia and Jagohr. In ancient times, the Pytharnee Drombs were infamous as the haunt of trolls. Today trolls are less common than in the Shadmaus. Many ancient sky weirs, most abandoned, can be found on the slopes of the Pytharnee Drombs by historians and hikers. Small groups of gontha herders practicing seasonal transhumance persist in modern times.

The Pytharnee Drombs are a great spur of the Jaggudorns. The Pytharnee Drombs separate the water basin of High Pytharnia from Agogia which is part of the great Shadevan Drainage Basin.
